1935-D Washington Quarter. MS-67 (NGC). Frosty and virtually pristine, this attractive example is enhanced by iridescent toning in champagne-gold and pale rose. As with all early mintmarked issues in the Washington quarter series, the 1935-D (5,780,000 coins struck) is scarce in lower Mint State grades and rare as a Superb Gem.
