- 1889 Seated Liberty Half Dollar. Proof-64 Deep Cameo (PCGS). Secure Holder. Blended deep-blue and reddish-orange peripheral toning rings the peripheries of this otherwise silver-white specimen. The cameo contrast is strong and pronounced, the devices thickly frosted and appearing to float atop nicely mirrored fields. A few wispy hairlines are anything but significant at the near-Gem level. Unique DCAM designation at PCGS!
