Lot Description

1927-S Standing Liberty Quarter. MS-62 (NGC). This boldly defined example exhibits a fairly good quality of strike for a late-date Standing Liberty Quarter from the San Francisco Mint. There is no significant patination, although a few wispy abrasions and slight impairment to the luster explains the BU grade. Original mintage: just 396,000 pieces.
