Another attractive bust half from the Link Collection.This one, a later obverse die state for the Punctuated Date where the dot wore off the dies. This coin was possibly lightly cleaned long ago, then placed in an old album, resulting in some very pretty multihued color at the rims. A couple of tiny lines can be seen under strong magnification. PCGS 65, NGC 42. The last one to sell realized $1,058 and the PCGS value is $925. This coin has much better eye appeal than usually seen for the grade and worthy of a premium bid.
