1811 Classic Cent. S-287. Rarity-2. AU-53 (PCGS). Deep chestnut brown with an attractive overall appearance despite some minor surface roughness that pops into view under low magnification. Obverse rim occlusion at 10:00, otherwise mark-free. An altogether pleasing coin in-hand, one that would easily be at home in an advanced type set or large cent collection.
