Elegant surfaces are originally and attractively toned is gently mottled blue-gray, pinkish-apricot and olive-gold iridescence. Fully struck and highly lustrous, this is an outstanding type coin for high grade collectors of toned silver, and also a dazzling example of this first year Denver Mint issue in the Standing Liberty quarter series. Far scarcer than its identically dated Type I counterpart from the Philadelphia Mint, especially in the finest Mint State grades, as here.
