The first and last Liberty Head nickel to be produced at the San Francisco Mint, and with a limited mintage of 238,000, the 1912-S is considered a key to the series. Thick, satiny mint luster highlights rainbow target toning on both sides of this visually stunning example. Well struck and well preserved, this Gem will fit nicely in any set.
