1855 Braided Hair Cent. N-9. Rarity-1. Noyes Die State D/A. Slanting 5s, Knob on Ear. MS-65 RB (PCGS). CAC. A lustrous Gem with a wealth of lively mint orange frost throughout the design, especially on the reverse where the mint orange is in&nbsp;dominance. Boldly struck at the centers but with some weakness at the periphery among the obverse stars and reverse legend. Early die state, "knob" die cud not yet fully formed. Choice and appealing, and <strong><em>among the six finest RB examples of the variety certified by PCGS.</em></strong>
