- On Target Collection. Judd-618 (R.4). Comparable in appearance to a regular issue 3-cent, the Roman numeral shows smooth texture instead of vertical ribs, and the diameter of the flan permits a bit more free field area around the peripheral legends. Minimal contrast shows on either side of this very choice example and it appears very well preserved for the grade.
