This is the (slightly) scarcer date logotype for the 1837 Liberty Seated half dime, although both enjoy equally strong collector demand as examples of the brief and beautiful No Stars design type of 1837 and 1838. Lightly and attractively toned, the offered example is in desirable Choice Mint State preservation and also offers soft satin luster and sharp motifs.
