- 1873-CC Trade Dollar. Chop Mark. AU-55 (PCGS). Trade dollars were intended for export to the Orient, and relatively few examples of this introductory Carson City issue were spared chopmarks and foreign circulation. This example is no exception featuring a small chopmark on the reverse from TRADE to GRAINS. The present Choice AU representative has only light wear, and the cream-gray surfaces are only moderately abraded save for that noted chopmark. PCGS# 87032.
