THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION PART II BLAZING WHITE luster and reflectively grace the surfaces of this well preserved piece. What looks like a couple of light contact marks on the obverse near star 8 are actually some light raised die chips (as made). The only contact mark is a small, well concealed bagmark on the D of DOLLAR on the reverse. The design elements look hewn from an ice block there is so much frost and precision to the details. PCGS 25, NGC 21. The last example to sell at auction was in our Regency 44 sale in April 2021 where it brought $1,704. PCGS Price Guide is $1,950.
