Lot Description
FROM THE WOLVERINE COLLECTION. Whoa! This GEM is so high end and Premium Quality! Ultra deep mirrors beam brilliantly and are fully RED. They are flashy and offer a strong, coppery glow that captivates the eye. The surfaces are smooth, free of any distracting flecks, or carbon spots, lines or marks. There is a pair of lint marks on the reverse, evidence of the full polishing the dies received before striking. Sharply struck, the devices have a nice frost. The highly original RED surfaces show traces of violet accents that greatly add to the visual allure. Among the FINEST graded, this magnificent GEM has a superb look that will entice even the most jaded of collectors! PCGS 3, NGC 2, CAC 1. This marvelous GEM sold in February 2014 (prior to being CAC) for $15,275. The current PCGS price Guide value is listed at $12,500. This is such a high end example we can see it selling for more today. It is bound for a world class collection and worthy of a strong bid. Good luck! Cert. Number 25363126 PCGS # 2308
