After 35+ years of operations, PCGS and NGC combined have graded only SEVEN! WOW, that says a lot about how rare these are. Delicate peripheral toning frames the brilliantly reflective centers. The mirrors are icy, smooth, like freshly cut sheet of glass. The devices are crisply rendered and have full, thick frosts that contrast nicely against the surrounding fields. The surfaces are very clean for the assigned grade and the eye appeal is VERY HIGH END! Only 1000 Proofs were struck. PCGS 3, NGC 2, CAC 1. This coin last sold nearly 13 years ago!
