Lot Description

Ex Charlton E. Meyer, Jr.  This one is even prettier than its photo suggests.  As the junior member of BHNC (see lot 22) Tim demonstrated a precocious eye for quality when Swampy allowed him access to his dupe box in February 1991.  Luster roils under original, raucous toning.  Planchet roughness at the bottom of the shield blends nicely with the colorful patina.   Estimate: $700 to $900
