- 1806 Draped Bust Half Dollar. O-109, T-15. Rarity-1. Pointed 6, Stem Not Through Claw. EF-45 (PCGS).
Dominant light silver-gray on the reverse with intermingled rose-orange, reddish-copper and cobalt blue adorning the obverse. Traces of original luster persist and both sides retain ample boldness of detail for a lightly circulated half dollar of this challenging early design type. A popular Guide Bookvariety due to the engraving blunder on the reverse. Tompkins Die Stage 1/2.
