- The F. Raphael Collection. 44 in MS-64 and only 21 higher at PCGS. A great strike that has each star on the obverse delineated is the first thing one notices when looking at this 1907-D quarter in PCGS MS-64. The second thing that greets the observer is deep olive toning that covers forty percent of the reverse and is starting to show on the lower obverse. The effect of this color is a two-tone look that has wonderful eye appeal. With minimal abrasions for the grade, all that holds this coin back from Gem aspirations is slightly subdued luster on the obverse (ls).
