1868 Indian Cent. MS-66 RB (PCGS). CAC. Iridescent rose-brown patina blends with original autumn-orange color on both sides of this handsome 1868 cent. Due to widespread redemption and melting through the 1870s, all early bronze Indian cents are scarce in Mint State. At Gem MS-66, the coin offered here is decidedly rare from a condition standpoint and would serve with distinction in an advanced collection of this popular small cent series.
