1856-S Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-2. Rarity-4. EF-45 (PCGS). Even light pewter-gray surfaces with most design elements retaining sharp striking detail. This second year San Francisco Mint half dollar issue is scarce to rare in all grades, heavy commercial use on the West coast claiming most of the 211,000 pieces produced.
