Lot Description

Sandy-gold, lemon-yellow, pinkish-rose and ice-blue iridescence enlivens virtually pristine surfaces. The reverse is rotated approximately 30 degrees counterclockwise from normal coin alignment, an unusual situation for a 20th century U.S. Mint Proof coin and one that we cannot recall seeing all that often for the Proof 1937 nickel. With premium Superb Gem preservation as confirmed by both PCGS and CAC, this intriguing specimen is sure to excite advanced bidders.
