Losbeschreibung: 1794 Liberty Cap Cent. S-65. Rarity-1. Head of 1794. VF-30 (PCGS). One of the Sheldon varieties with the denticulation unusually heavy and pronounced on the obverse from 5 o'clock to about 11 o'clock. A very attractive mid-grade survivor, both sides are evenly toned in a mahogany-brown color, the surfaces overall smooth with no mentionable distractions. Boldly defined in most areas, as well, only the upper right obverse and lower right reverse peripheries are soft due to an uneven strike. Worthy of a solid bid. PCGS# 35654. NGC ID: 223P.
