The 1913 is one of the rarer Proof Barber dimes and is more challenging to locate than the 1900, 1901, 1904, 1905, 1909 and 1911, as well as all Proof Barber dimes from the 1890s with the sole exception of the branch mint 1894-S. In high grades, the 1913 is one of the rarest Proofs of this type. Among the finest certified, this extraordinary Superb Gem will be just right for an advanced specimen type or date set. It is attractively toned in multicolored iridescence that is more vivid and varied on the reverse. Sharply struck and boldly cameoed with a silky smooth appearance throughout.
