- Offshore Technician Consignment. Those graded MS-64 FB do indeed appear to be right on the cusp of the gem grade level. Perhaps some exceptionally delicate hairlines swing the bar in favor of a slightly lower grade. The bestowed MS-63 FB grade befits the final example given the presence of some very delicate hairlines and a microscopic area of roll friction. Three coin lot.
