Lot Description

1802 Draped Bust Half Dollar. O-101, the only known dies. Rarity-3. VF-30 (NGC). A solid example for the date or variety collector as the color and surfaces are attractive. Medium gray-gold to gunmetal throughout, with strong strike on the devices. Liberty's curls retain considerable separation. No surface issues or detractions present themselves when closely examined, and a delight for the specialist to pursue. PCGS# 6065.
