1866 Liberty Seated Half Dime. V-1, the only known dies. Repunched Date. MS-65 (PCGS). CAC. Satin to semi-prooflike surfaces are brilliant throughout with razor sharp strike from the dies. Only 10,000 half dimes were produced in 1866 for intended circulation, as hoarding silver coins was still a fact of life at the time.
