Frosty and lustrous with bright silver centers that drift outward through gold, crimson, and blue highlights at the rims. Numerous spidery die cracks inhabit both sides. Anything but plentiful in Mint State grades as the population figures clearly show. PCGS Population: 8; 16 finer (MS-65 finest). 2 of the 16 are designated “+” by PCGS.
