- Lot Description
- One look and you'll be hooked on this GEM flashy piece. Superior deep mirrors beam from all over. The mirrors have bold clarity, cleanliness (the lines are on the holders, NOT the coin), and of course offer stunning reflection. If you twirl the coin, the mirrors melt into a a river of golden mercury splashing around. The cameo contrast is very bold. Miss Liberty and every detail are sharply struck and are thickly frosted. The eye appeal is great! ONLY 154 were minted. PCGS 4, NGC 11, CAC 7. PCGS has graded only 2 coins higher. Look how rare this date is: the last PCGS PR67 Cameo (NO CAC) to sell brought $34,500-in November 2007—that was a full decade ago! ALL Proof gold is eagerly sought after these days. This is a great coin to put away while prices are holding firm. Cert. Number 26196441 PCGS # 87933
