Lot Description

1805 Draped Bust Quarter. B-3. Rarity-2. EF-40 (PCGS). Mottled light silver-gray with patches of blue and russet toning deep into the fields. The strike is average with most of Liberty's curls sharp and all of the eagle's breast feathers are present, but bold evidence of die clashing is noted on the upper reverse. No surface issues aside from the usual light nicks and shallow scratches common to the grade assigned. Scarce and desirable at this grade level. PCGS# 5313.
