1804 C-5 R4 Spiked Chin PCGS graded XF40.Glossy steel brown and olive with darker steel toning on the highpoints and traces of frosty tan in protected areas. The surfaces are smooth and the only notable marks are tiny scratch or nick under the L in LIBERTY and a light, thin scuff through the right top of the F in OF. MDS, Manley state 4.0, with several die cracks on the reverse. The "Spike" from the chin is obvious to the unaided eye. Our grade is VF20.The attribution and Green Tree Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 9 finer, 2 in 45, 5 in 50, 2 in 62 for the variety.Estimate Value $350 - UP
