Losbeschreibung: Lot 183 1828 N-7 R3 PCGS graded AU55.Frosty medium chocolate brown and steel. Satiny mint luster shows in protected areas and this cent has excellent eye appeal. Sharply struck with very light friction on the highpoints. The only defects are a small patch of extremely faint roughness in the field under star 7 and a dull, light scratch below the end of the wreath ribbon. MDS with a fine die crack from the bust tip in addition to the earlier crack from the date to star 12. The misplaced 8 between the 8 & 2 is visible. Our grade is EF40+, very close to EF45.The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 6 finer: 1 in 58, 1 in 61, 2 in 63, 1 in 64, 1 in 65, 1 in 66.
