Exceptionally high end and very appealing! A bold, flawless luster blazes with a strong vibrance on both sides that accents a deeply embossed design. A light, delicate iridescent tone can be seen when rotated in a light. The details are crisply defined, and even the repunched mintmark is visible with the naked eye. A SUPERB and amazing looking coin. PCGS 218, NGC 241, CAC 49. There are 36 in MS67+ and just two finer. The most recent examples sold between $2,280 and $2,400 and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $2,850. We sold the only PCGS MS68 to sell in auction for $30,550 in April 2021.
