- Blinding, brilliant cartwheel luster swirls over highly reflective fields. The devices are sharply struck up and thickly frosted giving a cameo-like visual effect. While a seemingly common date with a mintage figure over 4.1 million, the 98-S is very scarce in Gem, especially with a Prooflike designation, of which this MS-65 PL is among the highest examples graded by PCGS. A wonderful Gem worthy of the most sophisticated collections.
