1903 Barber Quarter. MS-65 (PCGS). CAC. This is a brilliant and beautiful example with a razor sharp strike. The 1903 is surprisingly elusive in the finer Mint State grades for a Philadelphia Mint Barber quarter with a circulation strike mintage of 9,759,309 pieces.
