1852-O Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-101, Die Pair WB-2. Rarity-4. AU-58 (NGC). The 1852-O half dollar is a scarce and elusive issue in high grade despite the 144,000 pieces that were produced. The present example is lustrous and largely medium silver-gray in appearance with varied rose and violet iridescence here and there on both sides. The strike is sharp in all areas and the underlying luster enhances the toning highlights. The present attractive piece&nbsp;represents one of&nbsp;the dozen finest <em>grading </em>events for the date seen thus far buy NGC. A pleasing coin&nbsp;that will be right at home in any high-grade Liberty Seated half dollar collection.&nbsp;&nbsp;
