Lot Description

Deep, ebony-brown surfaces still offer an abundance of mint luster on both sides. Sharply struck from clashed dies, Manley State 3.0 of the C-1 variety, the only one of the year. The obverse and reverse are both free of any significant contact marks and the eye appeal is exceptional. A lovely GEM example of the type. PCGS 29, NGC 22, CAC 10. The most recent two PCGS/CAC coins sold for $1,440, in March and August 2018 and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $2,000. None graded finer at PCGS in the BN color classification.
