Gorgeous iridescent toning blankets luminous mirrored surfaces that are essentially mark-free. A thoroughly pleasing example of the design created by Mint Engraver Charles Barber for dimes, quarters and halves. PCGS 11, NGC 25. Only 11 finer. The PCGS price guide is listed as $3,500.
