1787 Connecticut Copper. Miller 31.1-gg.1, W-3205. Rarity-3. Draped Bust Facing Left, ETLIR. VF-25 (PCGS). OGH. Attractive light chocolate-brown throughout although a strong loupe will note trace surface roughness in the planchet, but no signs of the heavy dark patina that usually is found in such cases. Well struck and a few shallow nicks can be found with effort. The old style PCGS insert does not make mention of the ETLIR <em>Guide Book </em>variety.
