1827/6 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-102. Rarity-1. EF-45 (PCGS). Deep charcoal-gray peripheral toning is much more extensive on the obverse, the balance of both sides exhibiting antique golden-gray patina. Sharply defined for the grade apart from the typical (for the die marriage) softness of strike around the obverse border.
