- THE B.S.T. COLLECTION A SUPERB GEM that is on the cusp of a Full Head designation, about 90% of the head definition is crisp and clear; all of the brads on the shield are also completely rendered. A bold satiny brilliance glows boldly and accents the delicate hints of color that are dusted over the totally original surfaces. Virtually PRISTINE, this is an exquisite specimen, housed in a PCGS Generation 2.2 holder (we note the outer frame has some minor cracks). PCGS 14, NGC 17, CAC 12. The most recent sold for $2,340 in May 2022; today the CAC CPG value is $3,000 and the PCGS Price Guide value is $3,500. Just five are graded higher in the designation, and this SUPERB coin will delight any serious collector, remember a slightly better strike and this is a $20,000 rarity. Cert. Number 9239518 PCGS # 5746
