Essentially untoned silver gray surfaces are boldly defined in most areas with appreciable softly frosted luster evident as the surfaces dip into a light. This underappreciated VAM variety is scarcer than its Clear CC counterpart for the semi-key date 1879-CC Morgan dollar.
