Obverse with head of Liberty left, feathers and stars in hair, UNION & LIBERTY on hair ribbon, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around, date below, LONGACRE F. in tiny letters beneath truncation, reverse with Roman numeral V on fancy federal-style shield, IN GOD WE TRUST arcs above, no stated denomination.
