Description du lot: This is the SINGLE FINEST NGC DMPL graded of this very scarce, lower mintage date. Only 700,000 were struck, and they are conditionally very difficult to find. Deep, beaming, brilliant, clean, clear mirrors beam all over. Incredibly vibrant lustrous surfaces have a full, flashy reflection that gives this PQ GEM a look of a Proof. The razor sharp definition in the details are fully and thickly frosted, creating a full CAMEO appearance on both sides. Blast white, untoned silver surfaces are blinding in their blazing vibrance.
