This wonderfully original Gem displays a familiar pattern of toning for a Proof Liberty Seated dime from the outstanding Millholland Collection, initially sold in our Spring 2023 Auction. It is also an expertly produced and carefully preserved specimen that is sure to sell for a premium bid to a particularly discerning numismatist. Proof mintage: 470 pieces, high quality survivors of which enjoy heightened collector demand due to the rarity of Mint State 1864 dimes.
