A very high end example of this early Jefferson nickel. A fully struck and brilliant 40-D that is superb and mint fresh. Tied for second FINEST graded by PCGS, there are only three graded finer at PCGS. PCGS 27, NGC 6. The most recent example sold for $1,234 in our December 2020 Regency Auction.
