Lot Description

The 1964-D Jefferson nickel is rare in MS-66 Full Steps, but the present coin is stands a tier above with the Prooflike designation by PCGS. It is the only Prooflike example of this date thus far certified at PCGS, and with the additional Full Steps designation and lofty numeric grade, it is arguably in a class by itself among examples of this little-heralded Denver issue. Each side is brilliant and fully struck up with nickel-gray luster and highly reflective fields
