1800 Draped Bust Dime. JR-2. Rarity-4+. AU-50 (PCGS). CAC. An original example, significantly above average in strike, of this date. The hair details are excellent, the stars are well defined, and the reverse is significantly sharper than average, although to be sure there are some light areas as typical. Deep steel-gray and rose toning over surfaces that retain some traces of original mint luster. A find for anyone seeking this date and grade. PCGS# 4470. NGC ID: 236H.
