Lot Description

1795 Flowing Hair Half Dime. V-5A, LM-8. Rarity-3. VF-20 (PCGS). Steel-gray to slate-gray overall with lilac and golden brown highlights. The strike is about average showing sharpness in some areas and softness in others as is typical for the era. Some faint adjustment marks can be seen in the field above the first star. The die alignment is about 225° rather than 180° as usually seen.
