Vivid rose-orange mint color blankets both sides of this sharply struck, lustrous and virtually pristine example from the final Philadelphia Mint Indian cent issue. A popular issue for type and date purposes, the 1909 had a circulation strike mintage of 14,368,470 pieces, but is a condition scarcity in this premium Gem grade.
