- High Promises Collection. 72 graded MS-62, 85 higher at PCGS. Type I / I. While not much abraded, the surface shows an overlay of hazy greyish patina that tends to subdue mint luster. Struck to highly competitive sharpness, the reverse also shows signs of classic strike-doubling that will appeal to some bidders. A small area between the final two stars shows a planchet defect.
