THE XANNO COLLECTION A wonderful GEM! An intensely brilliant mint luster brings out the full RED coloration on both sides. The eye appeal is exceptional, with just some ever so subtle hints of iridescent toning that grace both sides. Sharply struck devices give show full definition despite a late state of the obverse with some light die cracks at the date. The eye appeal is great. Housed in an earlier generation PCGS blue tag holder. PCGS 66, NGC 21, CAC 13. This was the most recent PCGS/CAC MS65 RD example to sell in auction, realizing $2,585 in our October 2021 Regency Auction, well above current published levels, and we have no doubt it will do so again.
